Carolina Thomas is headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, just minutes from Piedmont Triad International Airport and easily accessible from I-40.

Our modern facilities are designed to provide complete support for every customer need:

22,000 sq. ft. Service Center with eight full-size bays and a state-of-the-art paint and collision facility for large vehicles.
Comprehensive Parts Distribution Center featuring one of North America’s largest in-stock bus parts inventories — supported by the Thomas Built Buses and Daimler Truck North America network for unmatched availability.
Customer Lounge & Amenities including convenient parking, climate-controlled seating, complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee, and vendor refreshments.
